Is There a Correlation of Cervical Mobility with Clinical Variables and Psychosocial Factors in Women with Migraine?

We aimed to determine the association of cervical range motion (ROM) with clinical features headache and neck pain psychosocial factors in patients migraine. Seventy women diagnosed migraine were questioned regarding onset frequency, presence, intensity self-reported pain. These individuals also completed following questionnaires: Neck Disability Index, Migraine Assessment, Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia. Active ROM was assessed sagittal, frontal, transverse planes using Multi-Cervical Unit Rehabilitation® equipment.
